Revision Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Each calligraphy piece is custom-made based on your unique request and cannot be resold or reused. However, if the artwork does not match what was agreed upon or contains errors, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the final files. We’ll review the case and do our best to resolve the issue fairly.

We assume that before ordering, you have:

• Reviewed our Portfolio or Calligraphy Store.
• Gained a clear understanding of the quality and style we provide.
• Chosen a script or layout that aligns with your preferences.

Each calligraphy script, whether Thuluth, Diwani, or another, follows very specific rules for proportions, angles, and letter placement, often measured in “dots” using a special pen. These rules ensure harmony, structure, and beauty in the final result. Our experienced calligraphers adhere strictly to these rules while injecting creativity and flow.

You can rest assured that you’ll receive authentic and professional Arabic calligraphy created with deep respect for the art form.

You have a 3-day (72-hour) review window to request a revision after receiving your calligraphy files.

• If we do not hear from you within 3 days, your order will be marked as complete and finalized.
• After this window, any requested changes will require a new paid revision or a new custom order.

• We provide two versions of your custom calligraphy by default.
• For more complex or detailed orders, sometimes only one version is created, but we’ll always let you know in advance.
• Often, we go above and beyond by including a third or even fourth version at no extra cost. This is because we explore different compositions to ensure we deliver the most aesthetically pleasing results.

These extra versions give you more options to choose from and are included with your final delivery files if available.

That’s totally fine, and common!

• You have a 3-day window to request minor tweaks to your calligraphy.
• If your changes are within reason and don’t violate the calligraphy structure, we’ll apply them gladly as part of your one free revision.
• If you request additional revisions after that, or if your change is complex, we charge $15 per revision, with pricing discussed beforehand.

We reserve the right to decline any changes that would distort the script or make the artwork visually unbalanced or technically incorrect.

We totally understand that some clients love to be hands-on with the creative process. If you:

• Need several rounds of adjustments.
• Have difficulty settling on a single version.
• Prefer to explore many ideas before deciding.

That’s okay, we’re happy to support you with additional design time. In this case, we offer extra revisions at an hourly rate, giving you full freedom to explore more directions and compositions.

Just keep in mind that every revision requires time, and we treat your project with the same care and attention to detail as we do for all our clients.

While it’s extremely rare, dissatisfaction can happen. But don’t worry, our first goal is to listen and understand exactly what didn’t meet your expectations.

• Remember, Arabic calligraphy is not a free-form art, it’s bound by stylistic rules.
• We write according to the rules of the script you selected and within the layout you chose.
• You are encouraged to review our work samples before ordering, so you know what to expect.

If you’re still unsatisfied, reach out within 3 days, and we’ll collaborate with you to clarify your preferences and suggest appropriate solutions.

We aim for perfection, but we understand you may want a few tweaks. Here’s how it works:

• One free revision is included with your order.
• This revision must be a modification, not a complete redesign.
• Additional revisions are available starting at $15 per revision (price depends on the complexity of changes). We will inform you of the cost before beginning further revisions.
