Ordering Terms and Conditions

Effective upon placing an order from Calligraphys.com.

By placing a custom calligraphy order through us, you (the Client) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully:

• Calligraphy orders can be made at Ordering Arabic Calligraphy page, Alternatively, you can reach out to us through Contact page or directly by email.
• Once we review your custom calligraphy request, we’ll contact you to confirm details or request any additional information if needed.
• After all details are agreed upon (including the final text, script, design shape, availability, and total price) your order will be officially accepted.
• All custom calligraphy orders must be paid in full before any work begins.
• We do not issue refunds. Please review our Refund Policy before placing your order.
• Within 12 hours of payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this point, your project status will be marked as “Confirmed.”
• Once the final files are delivered, the calligraphy work is considered completed, and the project will be marked as “Finished.”

• All custom orders include a commercial license.
• The license will be exclusive for the client, meaning the client have the exclusive rights to use the calligraphy, the license use are unlimited, meaning the client can use the calligraphy in an unlimited number of projects and in any media and it can be used as a personal or commercial logo or a trademark and sold in any products for resale publications.
• Calligraphys.com retains ownership of all calligraphy designs (unless otherwise agreed upon in writing).
• Designs may be displayed in our online portfolio, galleries, social media, or marketing materials for artistic showcase.

• Each order includes at least 2 calligraphy versions for you to choose from.
• The calligraphy we create is premium quality and crafted by a professional artist. Please review Our Portfolio to get an idea of the style you can expect.
• One minor revision is allowed upon request. This includes a one-time, small adjustment to the selected calligraphy version (e.g., repositioning, spacing), not a redesign or a new concept.
• Any additional changes or major edits will require an extra fee, to be agreed upon separately.
• Review our Revision Policy for full details before placing an order.

• All digital files (JPG and vector formats) will be delivered via email within the agreed timeframe.
• Working hours are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• You will receive:
  • High-Resolution JPG (8000 x 5333 pixels).
  • Vector file (PDF) or (EPS, SVG, DXF, CDR or AI upon request).
  • Two versions of the artwork are standard with each order. For certain complex or highly detailed orders, only one version may be provided.
  • Commercial License

• If you require expedited delivery, please inform us in advance. All rush requests are subject to approval based on our current workload.
• Rush fees range between 25%–50% depending on how soon the project is needed.
• The rush fee and new delivery timeline will be confirmed before work begins.

• Cancellations are only considered within 12 hours of placing the order, and only if work has not yet begun.
• If we are unable to fulfill your order due to an unforeseen emergency, you will receive a full refund.

• All personal information and order details provided to us are kept strictly confidential.
• We will not share or disclose your information to any third party without written consent, except where required by law.
• We only communicate directly with the person placing the order and do not deal with third parties or intermediaries.

• Calligraphys.com retains full copyright and intellectual property rights to all designs, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• You are granted a license to use the final design based on the specific license agreement chosen at the time of order.
• Calligraphys.com reserves the right to: Display the project in their portfolio, website, or exhibitions and to be credited as the author of the work in any published format
