Unfortunately, no. Once an order has been placed and especially once work has begun, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind decisions. Our custom calligraphy services involve significant time, planning, and artistic effort. Each piece is carefully handcrafted specifically for you. We strongly encourage clients to take time to review their decisions, clarify any uncertainties, and finalize the details of their order before making a payment.

Typically, we do not offer drafts for custom calligraphy unless it has been discussed and agreed upon in advance. In certain cases, for large or complex orders, we may provide a rough layout sketch for conceptual approval.

However, previews are not guaranteed unless included in your order package. If you’d like a mockup before final production, let us know and we’ll inform you of any additional cost involved.

No, we do not offer refunds for digital products under any circumstances. Digital downloads are considered final once the file has been sent or made available for download. This policy is in place because:

• The product is delivered instantly or shortly after creation.
• The file can be copied, shared, or used immediately upon receipt.
• We cannot “return” digital goods in the same way physical products are returned.

Even if you no longer need the file, changed your mind, or discovered another option you like more, a refund will not be possible. Please ensure that you fully review your order before purchasing a digital product.

We understand that preferences can change, but once your order is placed and work has started, it is not possible to change the script style or receive a refund.

However, if the new style is within similar parameters and the original piece is not yet complete, we may consider switching styles for an additional fee depending on the complexity and how much progress has been made.

To avoid such issues, we strongly recommend browsing our Arabic calligraphy portfolio and store carefully before placing your order. If you have a specific style or reference in mind, share it with us before the work begins so we can advise you accordingly.

If you are uncertain about the shape, script, or content of your calligraphy piece, we recommend waiting until you are sure. Placing an order without a clear vision may lead to dissatisfaction, and as explained, refunds will not be possible.

Yes. A full refund is only possible in two specific situations:

• Before Work Begins: If you decide to cancel your order before any work has begun on your calligraphy, we will refund you in full. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
• If We Cannot Deliver: If we have agreed on a specific delivery deadline and, due to an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to complete your calligraphy, we will issue a full refund.

Outside of these conditions, no refunds are available.

While we do not offer refunds, we do allow limited revisions, as long as your requested changes are reasonable and align with the structure and rules of Arabic calligraphy.

For example, if you want the script slightly adjusted, repositioned, or if you notice a visual imbalance, we may consider making those changes. However, if your requested changes would require a full redesign or contradict traditional calligraphy principles, additional charges may apply, or we may respectfully decline the revision.

We always work closely with clients before starting any project to confirm the requested shape (horizontal, vertical, circular, etc.) and the script style (Thuluth, Diwani, Tughra, Naskh, etc.). However, Arabic calligraphy has strict traditional rules, not all words or phrases can be molded into every shape. For example, short phrases may not work well in a circular format, and some scripts have structural limitations.

We make sure to explain what is and isn’t possible before starting the work. If your request falls outside what’s feasible, we will suggest an alternative that maintains the integrity and beauty of traditional Arabic calligraphy.

If you’re unclear on what shape or script you want, we recommend leaving the design to the artist’s judgment. In that case, we will create a visually balanced and elegant piece according to our artistic standards.

If we make a mistake, such as a spelling error or incorrect transcription, we will correct it and resend the corrected version at no extra charge.

Before starting any custom work, we always confirm the text with you in both Arabic and English to prevent such issues. Please double-check and approve the text you provide to avoid miscommunication.

Because our work is handcrafted, customized art. Once the pen touches the paper or the digital brush starts flowing, there is no way to undo the work or reuse the materials.

This is very different from factory-made items or flexible digital design work. Calligraphy is an art form that takes hours of skilled effort, thoughtful design, and experience. When you place an order, you are commissioning a unique artwork, not just purchasing a product.
