We Will Stay Here So The Pain Ceases In Thuluth Arabic Calligraphy

This project presents the evocative lines of Libyan poet Adel Mshiti: “We will stay here, so the pain ceases; We will stay here, the melody will sweeten (سوف نبقى هنا كي يزول الألم، سوف نبقى هنا سوف يحلو النغم)”. Meticulously crafted in the classic Thuluth script, the composition highlights the seamless connectivity and melodic flow of the letters.

The design focuses on Resilience and Harmony. The Thuluth script, with its interconnected ligatures, mirrors the poet’s message of staying together to overcome pain. The layout is balanced to reflect the lyrical rhythm of the poem, with each word supporting the next in a unified visual narrative.

Classical Thuluth was selected for its majestic yet fluid character. It provides the necessary gravitas for a poem about resilience, while its interconnected ligatures allow for the “seamless unity” requested for this piece.

We arranged the verses to create a natural reading flow, ensuring the interconnections between the words were mathematically aligned. After finalizing the hand-drawn composition, we vectorized the piece, refining each stroke to ensure the elegance of the Thuluth script is preserved for any application.

Provided as a high-resolution vector asset, this composition is ideal for literary-themed wall art, high-end publications, or professional commemorative projects.
