This project renders the profound prayer “Ya Hai Ya Qayyum (يا حي يا قيوم)” – O Living, O Self-Sustaining, in the majestic Thuluth Jali script. The calligraphy is framed by a lush floral ornamental border, directly inspired by the gold-embroidered Kiswa (the covering of the Holy Kaaba in Mecca).
The concept is Sanctuary and Tradition. By utilizing the aesthetic language of the Kaaba’s draping, the design evokes a sense of being in the presence of the most sacred site in Islam. The floral border doesn’t just frame the text; it elevates the prayer into a piece of “textile-inspired” art that carries the weight of centuries of devotion.
Thuluth Jali is the script of the Kiswa, known for its grand scale and bold presence. The letters are stacked with rhythmic precision, mimicking the hand-embroidered gold thread work found in the Haram of Mecca.
We meticulously recreated the “Kiswa-style” floral motifs to ensure they complemented the weight of the central script. The final composition was vectorized to preserve the sharp, needle-like precision of the ornaments, making it suitable for premium printing or fabric embroidery.
Delivered as a high-resolution vector original, this design is the premier choice for luxury prayer room decor, high-end Islamic gifts, or commemorative textile designs.
