This project presents the logo for “Tamara – تمارا” in a brilliant Thuluth Jali composition. The design cleverly uses the twin Alif letters within the name to take the form of a flourishing palm tree.
The concept is The Tree of Life. Since Tamara literally means “date palm,” the design integrates the meaning into the script. The vertical towers of the Alifs act as the trunks, while the surrounding calligraphic flourishes form the canopy, symbolizing sweetness, vitality, and deep roots.
Thuluth Jali provides the structural weight needed for this figurative design. The bold strokes create a strong “trunk” for the brand, while the dense, interlocking characters at the base provide a grounded and balanced foundation.
We engineered the script so that the figurative palm tree is recognizable at first glance while remaining perfectly legible as the name Tamara. The final vector format is essential for high-quality reproduction across various branding materials.
This vector file is perfect for food and hospitality brands. Use it for embossed labels on date packaging, laser-engraved wooden signage for cafes, or as a unique and meaningful logo for a boutique travel brand.
