Featuring the powerful words of Saudi poet Muhathil Alsqor, this project presents the verse “A Rebel Faces No Destruction (لا فناء لثائر)“. The composition blends the graceful Diwani script with a curved Thuluth bow, accented by a delicate natural branch.
The concept is Resilience and Renewal. The Diwani script represents the flexibility of the rebel spirit, while the leaf-adorned branch symbolizes growth despite struggle. The lower Thuluth “bow” acts as a firm foundation, “Try in vain, a Rebel faces no destruction – عبثاً تحاول, لا فناء لثائر“, echoing the indomitable nature of the soul that refuses to be broken.
By pairing the dancing, cursive nature of Diwani with the grounded, majestic weight of Classical Thuluth, the piece achieves a perfect balance between beauty and strength. This duality mirrors the resilience described in the poem.
The leaf elements were integrated to “cradle” the Diwani text, requiring precise placement to ensure harmony between the organic shapes and the calligraphic strokes. The entire piece was vectorized, ensuring the fine details of the leaves and the bold curves of the bow are perfectly rendered.
This vector asset is perfect for literary book covers, poetry posters, or as an inspiring personal artwork for those who value freedom and strength of character.
