Family Names In Rose Shape In Arabic Diwani Calligraphy

This project visualizes a growing family: “Ahmad, Muna, Faridah, and Marwan – أحمد، منى، فريدة، مروان”, as a flourishing rose plant. Using the ornamental Diwani script, the names bloom into a botanical work of art.

The concept is The Rooted Bloom. The parents, Ahmad and Muna, form the primary rose blossom at the top, their names intertwined as the heart of the plant. Branching out from the stem, the children’s names (Faridah and Marwan) emerge as smaller, delicate flowers, representing growth and continuation.

Decorative Diwani is used for its “petal-like” flexibility. The script’s ability to overlap and curve allows the names to mimic the organic layers of a flower, creating a family tree that feels alive rather than static.

We focused on the vertical flow from the “parent blossom” down the stem to the “children buds.” The final vector file preserves every delicate line of the stem and petals, making it ideal for high-quality printing on sentimental items.

This vector format is the ultimate tool for family heritage art. Use it for personalized embroidery on linens, custom-engraved wooden wall plaques, or as a unique, gold-leafed family portrait for the home.
