This project features the poetic text “Love is the hallmark of the generous – الحب من شيم الكرام”. Rendered in Thuluth Jali, the design centers on the word “Love” as a protective vessel for the rest of the phrase.
The concept is The Foundation of Virtue. The word “Love” (Al-Hubb – الحب) is written in a larger, commanding size. Its Alif and Lam are curved to act as a cradle, physically holding the smaller-scripted phrase “hallmark of the generous – من شيم الكرام” on top of the Ba’. It visually represents that generosity is born from and supported by love.
Thuluth Jali is used for its structural strength and ability to support multi-scale compositions. The use of the “cradle” effect turns the calligraphy into a meaningful visual metaphor, making it a true piece of conceptual art.
We engineered the “Ba” of Love to act as a stable horizontal platform for the upper text. The final vector file preserves the varying pressures of the reed pen, ensuring the design retains its hand-crafted soul in high-resolution prints.
