This project features the name “Oswa Husna – أسوة حسنى” in a regal Thuluth Jali composition. The design is masterfully engineered into a “Dome” or “Mihrab” silhouette, using the natural structure of the letters to form a protective arch.
The concept is The Exemplary Canopy. By utilizing the first Alif of the name and the final Yā’ of the surname to define the outer boundaries, we created a symmetrical dome shape. This reflects the meaning of the name, an “excellent example”, by housing it within a form associated with spiritual and architectural heights.
Thuluth Jali is prized for its monumental density. The letters are stacked and interlocked within the dome shape with mathematical precision, while the decorative marks fill the internal negative space to create a “jewelry-like” finish.
We focused on the radial balance of the arch to ensure the weight is distributed evenly from base to apex. The final vector format ensures the design remains razor-sharp, making it suitable for high-end applications where every detail counts.
