This magnificent project presents Surah Al-Ikhlas in a layered, concentric circular composition. The central statement, “He is Allah, One (قل هو الله أحد),” is set in a large Thuluth Jali oval, surrounded by the remaining verses in a classical Thuluth ring, creating a powerful focus on the Oneness of God.
The design follows the principle of Unity through Layers. By nesting the central declaration within the surrounding verses, the composition visually represents the “all-encompassing” nature of God, with the circular geometry reflecting the concept of infinite perfection and Oneness (Tawhid).
We used a hierarchy of Thuluth Jali (for the bold, central statement) and Classical Thuluth (for the outer verses). This allows for a clear visual distinction between the core declaration and the detailed explanation, maintaining both impact and legibility.
The composition was meticulously drafted to ensure the central oval and the surrounding ring are perfectly concentric. We carefully adjusted the Thuluth strokes to follow the circular arcs without distortion. The final design was vectorized, ensuring the thin, refined borders and the bold calligraphy are sharp, professional, and mathematically sound.
