This By The Grace Of Allah In Classical Thuluth Arabic Calligraphy

This project presents the profound Quranic reflection: “This is from the favor of my Lord to test me whether I will be grateful or ungrateful. And whoever is grateful – his gratitude is only for the benefit of himself. And whoever is ungrateful – then indeed, my Lord is Free of need and Generous. / قَالَ هَٰذَا مِن فَضْلِ رَبِّي لِيَبْلُوَنِي أَأَشْكُرُ أَمْ أَكْفُرُ ۖ وَمَن شَكَرَ فَإِنَّمَا يَشْكُرُ لِنَفْسِهِ ۖ وَمَن كَفَرَ فَإِنَّ رَبِّي غَنِيٌّ كَرِيمٌ” (Surah An-Naml, 40). The entire verse is expertly arranged in a single, majestic horizontal line using Classical Thuluth.

The concept is The Horizon of Humility. By placing this verse on a long, steady horizontal axis, the design mirrors the internal balance of a grateful heart. It serves as a visual reminder that all success and abundance are Divine tests of character.

Classical Thuluth is the ideal medium for Quranic wisdom. The script’s tall verticals and deep, rhythmic basins create a visual “tempo” that guides the reader through the lengthy verse with a sense of awe and clarity.

Given the length of Ayah 40, we focused on the mathematical spacing between words to ensure the composition remained balanced across the entire width. The final design was vectorized, preserving the sharp pen-work and the delicate Tashkil for premium gallery reproduction.

As an original vector format, this calligraphy is a premier choice for professional offices, executive gifts, or as a foundational art piece for a home that values deep Quranic reflection.
