This project presents the logo for “Dar Al Kamal – دار الكمال” in a refined Thuluth arrangement. Following the client’s vision for absolute clarity, the design is stripped of all traditional decorative marks (tashkils and harakats).
The concept is The Beauty of the Essential. By removing the ornamental fillers typically found in Thuluth, the design shifts the focus entirely to the geometry and “architecture” of the letters themselves. This results in a modern, breathable, and highly readable brand mark that conveys a sense of honesty and perfection.
Classic Thuluth is utilized here for its powerful vertical presence. The absence of diacritics creates a “clean-line” aesthetic, allowing the thick and thin variations of the reed pen to stand out as the primary artistic element.
We focused on the rhythmic spacing between the words to ensure the composition feels balanced despite the lack of traditional fillers. The final vector format ensures that the razor-sharp edges of the script remain perfect for high-end professional branding.
