This project features the domestic prayer “God Bless and Protect Our Home – يا رب بارك واحفظ هذا البيت”. Arranged in a graceful arch using Classical Thuluth, the design is topped with a delicate floral ornament and its English equivalent, creating a harmonious bilingual blessing.
The concept is The Welcoming Arch. The curved Arabic script mimics the architecture of a traditional doorway, symbolically placing a blessing over those who enter. The integration of the English text and the floral “crown” makes this a versatile and modern piece that honors both heritage and contemporary style.
Classical Thuluth was chosen for its architectural strength and clarity. The letters follow the curve of the arch with mathematical precision, while the English cursive script above adds a light, decorative touch that complements the weight of the Arabic.
We engineered the floral design to sit at the apex of the arch, acting as a visual keystone. The Arabic and English components were balanced to ensure neither overshadowed the other. The final piece was vectorized for high-resolution use on physical signage or luxury home goods.
