This project features Verse 60 from Surah Al-Kahf: “I will not give up until I reach the point (لَا أَبْرَحُ حَتَّىٰ أَبْلُغَ)”. Expertly inscribed in Thuluth Jali, the calligraphy forms a perfect circle, with the Aleph letters serving as both structural characters and framing elements for the circular border.
The design focuses on Persistence and Focus. The circular shape visually encapsulates the determination of the traveler described in the verse. By using the Aleph letters to define the border, we integrate the message into the structure of the art, representing the resolve to complete one’s journey.
Thuluth Jali was selected for its authoritative weight and its ability to handle geometric constraints. Its wide, confident strokes make it the ideal script to convey the “will not give up” sentiment.
We mapped the circular geometry and carefully positioned the repeating Aleph ligatures to complete the border. After drafting the design, we vectorized it, performing node-editing on the circular thin-line border to ensure it is mathematically flawless and perfectly aligned with the script.
This vector file is ideal for high-end decorative plaques, persistent-themed office art, or architectural features. It is a stunning example of how geometric art and sacred text can merge into one.
